What is Saunaguss?

Saunaguss (pronounced sow-na-gooss) is a guided sauna ritual that originated in Scandinavia.

A gus master pours water infused with essential oils over hot stones, then uses rhythmic towel movements to circulate the aromatic steam throughout the sauna.

The result? An intense wave of heat followed by a refreshing cold plunge. Your body resets. Your mind clears.

In Denmark, it's a weekly ritual for thousands. We're bringing it to Belgium.

What is Heat Club?

Heat Club is a place where you book a guided 75-minute group session: three rounds of 12 minutes sauna, with cold plunges, showers or rest in between — not a spa day, but a short, powerful reset after work or on the weekend.

Each session is led by an experienced gusmaster who sets the atmosphere with essential oils, towel techniques and music, so all you have to do is show up and follow along.

You walk in with a busy mind and walk out with a clear head and full energy — that's why people in Copenhagen do this weekly, and why we're bringing it to Flanders.
